Kevin Little is a clinical diagnostic medical physicist, whose interests include improving image quality and patient safety in diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine. He was honored with the Peter R. Almond Award of Excellence for an Outstanding Radiation Measurements Article by the Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, and the Excellence in Quality and Safety Award from the University of Chicago Department of Radiology.
Kevin obtained his PhD in medical physics at the University of Chicago, where he also completed an imaging physics residency. Most recently, he was an assistant professor of radiology at The Ohio State University. He is certified in diagnostic medical physics by the American Board of Radiology, in nuclear medicine physics and instrumentation by the American Board of Science in Nuclear Medicine, and in imaging informatics by the American Board of Imaging Informatics.
