Shivika Trivedi Kapadia

Shivika Trivedi Kapadia provides comprehensive general obstetrics and gynecology care, particularly for women with abnormal uterine bleeding, abnormal pap smear results, and high-risk pregnancies. She also specializes in contraception and family planning. Her research evaluates current and new treatments designed to improve women’s care.
Her work has been published in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Contraception, and the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has also authored book chapters on laparoscopic complications and management of abnormal uterine bleeding.
Trivedi Kapadia completed an MS in physiology and biophysics at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She received her MD from Emory University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. At the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) she was an American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology/CDC Larry Gilstrap Fellow.
